About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Ralds and Agate Limited. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in the relevant industry. They will also have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage the sales process.

The successful candidate will actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell products or services, identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently, build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business, address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly, stay informed about competitor offerings and market developments, provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system, prepare regular sales reports for management and participate in team meetings, ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately, and conduct research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B environments.
