Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant – Organisational Development to drive transformational initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Organisational Development (OD) and a strong background in HR consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Organisational Development Strategy:
    Develop and execute OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organisational culture.
    Collaborate with leadership teams to assess organisational needs and implement change initiatives.
  • 2. Change Management & Culture Transformation:
    Design and implement change management frameworks to support organisational transitions.
    Facilitate cultural transformation initiatives to align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.
  • 3. Leadership & Talent Development:
    Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build management capability.
    Identify and implement talent development initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
  • 4. Organisational Design & Workforce Planning:
    Conduct workforce analysis and design organisational structures that optimise efficiency.
    Provide insights and recommendations on role design, team dynamics, and competency frameworks.
  • 5. Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
    Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    Design and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • 6. HR Policy & Process Improvement:
    Assess and enhance HR policies, processes, and programs to improve employee satisfaction and business alignment.
    Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • 7. Consulting & Stakeholder Management:
    Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on OD initiatives.
    Collaborate with business leaders to drive people-related strategies that support business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Organisational Development.
  • • Proven experience in a consulting firm is mandatory.
  • • Strong expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational design.
  • • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and interventions that drive business performance.
  • • Knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
