The 25th and Staffing hospitality group is seeking a Human Resources Strategist to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our overall mission and objectives.

As a trusted advisor to senior management, you will oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for all verticals, implement effective onboarding programs, and design professional development programs.

You will promote a culture of engagement through initiatives such as team-building activities and address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.

Key responsibilities include:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and minimum 8-10 years in HR leadership roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is essential.
