About the Role:
- Actively market loan products to a targeted audience to drive portfolio growth.
- Prepare and update prospect lists on a daily or weekly basis, and engage with new clients for business development.
- Oversight of loan form documentation and management of the loan process through to disbursement.
- Provide accurate reports on activities and ensure all client interactions are recorded for easy follow-up.
- Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets, achieving profitable sales volumes.
- Analyze market trends, providing insights for potential product improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Mandatory field sales experience of 0 to 2 years with a focus on client prospecting and engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Must have completed NYSC.
What We Offer:
- Transport and airtime allowance included.
- Commission based on loan value sold.
- 20% base salary increase upon achieving two consecutive months' target.
Salary Estimate: ₦60,000 - ₦80,000 per month, depending on experience.
