Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team at HRD Solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead internal audits, ensuring the effective implementation of internal control policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular reviews of bank reconciliation statements, cash positions, and general ledgers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, with experience in reviewing credit documents, processes, and procedures. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures
  • Review bank reconciliation statements, cash positions, and general ledgers
  • Analyze credit documents, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings and recommendations
  • Present audit results to stakeholders and management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary and Benefits
