Manage company records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and operational documents. Assist with compliance documentation and routine filings. Keep company data organized and up to date using digital tools.
Communication & Coordination
Interface with clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in a professional manner. Relay information between departments and ensure follow-up. Schedule and confirm internal and external meetings. Draft formal letters, memos, and responses as directed.
Support to Tech Teams
Track and document timelines, delivery dates, and action items. Support onboarding logistics for new hires (documents, equipment, orientation). Update dashboards or project trackers based on input from the engineering and product teams.
