We are seeking to hire a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our IT infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and architecture, with experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, from design to delivery.
- Oversee developer teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Determine technical requirements, including hardware, software, scalability, and security.
- Coordinate the design and integration of overall architecture and system components.
- Perform regular updates to technical documentation and designs.
- Utilize gap analysis techniques to identify and address architecture-related problems.
Skills/Competencies:
- Ability to research and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture tools, such as Visio and Draw.io.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Minimum 6 years of cognate IT experience, with at least 3 years in infrastructure or software development.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL or TOGAF, are an advantage.
