Job Title: Executive Recovery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Recovery Manager to join our team. As an Executive Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recovery team and overseeing the recovery of overdue payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of agents responsible for reaching out to customers to recover overdue payments
  • Serve as a liaison between creditors and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Monitor team performance to ensure they meet weekly recovery and QA targets
  • Collaborate with the QA and Growth teams to ensure business goals are achieved on each project
  • Motivate agents to hit and surpass their required recovery targets and Quality assurance target score daily, weekly and monthly
  • Supervise agents to ensure compliance with best practices, customer requests, and company expectations
  • Drive initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a recovery or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high-performance results
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures
