Job Description:
As a Business Development and Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring timely payment from customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the recovery of overdue loans through daily/weekly contact with customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer queries and escalating issues accordingly.
  • Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
  • B.Sc/HND/ND in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
  • Proximity to Maryland (candidates should reside within Mile 12, Ketu, Anthony, Onipan, Ikeja, Fadeyi, and environs).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive benefits such as medical insurance, transportation allowance, and a comprehensive training program.
