">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team at a hospital in Abuja. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social factors.">
- Develop, document, and modify patient care plans based on individual patient needs, ensuring personalized and holistic care.">
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, observing and reporting any side effects or adverse reactions.">
- Monitor patient progress, record observations, and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.">
- Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, discharge instructions, and home care.">
Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Nursing Science (BSc) from an accredited institution.">
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.">
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.">
- Prior experience in emergency care, pediatrics, or surgical care is an asset.">
