**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented Adobe Designer to join our creative team at ITC Worldwide INC.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, multimedia content, and branding projects.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visuals for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation:
    • Conceptualize and design graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
    • Create visually appealing layouts for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging.
    • Develop multimedia content using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for videos, animations, or presentations.
  • Branding & Visual Identity:
    • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all creative outputs.
    • Develop and refine brand assets, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
    • Collaborate on creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and user engagement.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Liaise with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
    • Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into the final designs.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance & Optimization:
    • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are optimized for various media channels.
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
    • Perform image editing, retouching, and color correction as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Required Skills & Experience:
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
      • 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
      • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print work.
      • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
      • Experience with video editing or animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Familiarity with web design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
      • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design purposes.
      • Experience in UI/UX design principles.
      • Knowledge of 3D design tools like Adobe Dimension or Blender.
      • Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certification is a plus.
    • Key Competencies:
      • Creativity and a strong visual sense.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality design.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
