Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network connectivity infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network connectivity infrastructure and systems
  • Monitor emerging incidents and initiate preventive actions to safeguard performance, capacity, availability, and quality of the network
  • Recommend areas of improvement, product enhancements, new platforms, features, and services that meet present and future needs of the voice communications business
  • Provide pre-sales support, accompany proposals, and design documents with optimal and cost-effective solutions that meet business objectives
  • Offer remote and occasional on-site support for all enterprise network deployments
  • Provide prompt and timely feedback to customers
  • Provide regular updates, including weekly reports on the health and performance of all internal and customer-side infrastructure and services
  • Work with other teams/stakeholders to develop internal systems and processes that drive efficient fulfilment of set SLAs
  • Ensure company assets are accounted for, maintained, and inventoried accurately
  • Lead a team of interns by mentoring and training them
  • BUILD and maintain healthy relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders during configuration and support calls or occasional onsite visits
