The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to spearhead our growth initiatives, particularly focusing on expanding our reach to foreign and high-value clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving lead generation, and building strong client relationships and delivering on revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value and international clients.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
* Master and leverage digital marketing channels to generate qualified leads.
* Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
* Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
* Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Manage client relations from initial contact to project completion, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Oversee brand activation projects.
* Provide strategic consulting to clients, demonstrating deep industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within a digital or brand solutions agency.
* Extensive experience selling services such as website design and development, logo design, social media management, printing services, brand activation, and consulting services.
* Strong track record of securing and managing high-value and international clients.
* Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and networking.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
* Target-oriented and highly motivated with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* A portfolio of existing clients, especially high-end clients, is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
