**Job Overview**

At People2profit, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to generate new business and retain existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with various insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and other types of insurance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience in the insurance industry, preferably 5-10 years.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and sales targets, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
