The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the operations and strategic growth of Smile360 Dental Specialist.

This includes developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability, leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Must have led a business or a division of a business.

2. Proven track record of at least 10 years in business management, sales, or marketing roles within the Healthcare industry.

3. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team management and strategic planning.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.

6. Knowledge of dental supply industry trends, products, and customer preferences.
