Job Summary
The Business Manager is to oversee the operations and strategic growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business management, sales, and marketing within the Healthcare Industry. This individual will be responsible for driving business expansion, fostering client relationships, and optimizing operational efficiencies to ensure the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
2. Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
5. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainable growth.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve customer service, and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Must have led a business or a division of a business.
2. Proven track record of at least 10 years in business management, sales, or marketing roles within the Healthcare industry.
3. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team management and strategic planning.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
6. Knowledge of dental supply industry trends, products, and customer preferences.
7. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
8. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
