Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Healthcare Industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.

9. Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members to promote professional growth and excellence.

">Qualifications and Skills:
">1. Must have led a business or a division of a business.
2. Proven track record of at least 10 years in business management, sales, or marketing roles within the Healthcare industry.
3. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team management and strategic planning.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
6. Knowledge of dental supply industry trends, products, and customer preferences.
