About the Role:

The Business Development Associate will play a key role at Plugzone online by developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. This involves establishing a strong network of contacts and fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Provide customers with information about products
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints
  • Ring up purchases
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and Skills:

  • NCE, OND / HND
  • Proven work experience as a Sales person in pharmacy or retail experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Physical stamina, Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, organizational skills and team spirit
  • Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba axis of Lagos is very important
