  • Work with the project engineer to supervise and monitor the maintenance and repair of extinguishers and equipment.
  • Ensure that maintenance and repair work is carried out promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to the engineering team in executive projects.
  • Assist and guide tradesmen on technical matters.
  • Ensure that health and safety measures are put in place and complied with.
  • Carry out preliminary surveys and collect data and information required by the engineer.
  • Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems.
  • Initiate corrective actions to rectify problems.
  • Implement best practice in developing technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work effectively with the project engineer and engineering team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
