The Role
We are looking for a talented individual who will design and develop Power Platform solutions by utilizing the various components of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Automate. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Dataverse, PCF, and connectors for clients and internal solutions.
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Championing technical design sessions to collect, analyze, identify, and document functional requirements that meet client needs.
  • Identifying areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitating process improvement.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Embedding Power Platform components in Teams, SharePoint, web applications, and more.
  • Providing architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to applications that extend Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Documenting and demonstrating solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, user guides, and more.
  • Creativity: Being imaginative, enthusiastic, and courageous; showing high creativity and initiative and delivering new approaches to solutions.
  • Monitoring: Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
  • Client collaboration: Working directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Team collaboration: Working with internal and external stakeholders in the business to understand and analyze requirements, coach, and manage expectations.
  • Understanding and translating business requirements into well-architected solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Supporting UAT with business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to enable review, required remediation, and re-test.
  • Maintaining best practices throughout Power Platform projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and being aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
