Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at TF Cameron Court Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall daily operation of our facilities, including coordinating technical and support staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all technical activities and vendor/contractor activities on assigned sites
- Directing daily walk-around inspections to identify potential maintenance, aesthetics, or environmental issues
- Developing work schedules and monitoring their execution
- Processing work-orders and assigning resources to complete tasks
- Maintaining documentation and filing schedules, work orders, material usage, job completion certificates, and invoices
- Monitoring PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance) and raising PM work requests in advance for adequate planning and execution
- Managing stock levels, inventory reports, and re-ordering maintenance consumables as needed
- Carrying out post-departure inspections with exiting tenants and coordinating renovations of vacant units
- Preparing weekly facilities reports on maintenance activities executed, pending, or ongoing
- Managing petty cash and expenses
- Engaging directly with clients and scheduling daily toolbox talks with facility teams
- Reviewing and initiating payment of public bills like electricity, water, parking, and waste management
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc/BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MSc is an added advantage
- Nysc certificate
- Relevant professional qualification is a plus
- 3-4 years of experience managing a facilities team in a large service organisation, preferably with knowledge of building contracts
