Job SummaryThis role involves ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, maintaining our facilities, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate our cleaning standards by adhering to rigorous protocols and procedures.
- Diligently report any maintenance concerns to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Efficiently replenish supplies as needed to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Promote outstanding customer satisfaction through empathetic communication and attentive service.
- A minimum of prior housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential.
- A keen eye for detail, accompanied by strong organizational skills, is crucial for success in this role.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues is vital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for seamless interaction with guests and internal teams.
