Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager role at Seedworks Recruitment involves driving revenue growth and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

4. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices through ongoing research and development.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being a plus. Proven experience in sales management, ideally within a related industry. Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship-building skills are essential. CRM proficiency, team management, travel flexibility, customer focus, and a customer-centric approach are also required.
