Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Ascentech Services Ltd as a Warehouse Operations Specialist.

As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Accurately record and update inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using our inventory management software.
• Stock Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records to maintain data integrity.
• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
• Inventory Management Software: Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, including barcode scanning and data entry.
• Physical Stamina: Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
