Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at TF Cameron Court Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall daily operation of the facility, including coordinating all technical and support staff, carrying out daily walk-around inspections, and directing coordination of all technical activities and vendor/contractor activities on assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all technical and support staff
- Carrying out daily walk-around inspections
- Directing coordination of all technical activities and vendor/contractor activities
- Developing work schedules and technical Rota/work shift system
- Monitoring and processing work-orders
- Documentation and stock management
- PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance) and making-readies
- Report preparation and petty cash management
Requirements:
- HND/BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field
- Must have completed NYSC
- Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
- 3-4 years proven experience in managing a facilities team preferably in a large service organisation
