Business Operations Manager

GVA Partners Limited seeks an experienced Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This includes:
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or any related social science or IT course preferable from the manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Administrative Officer with exposure to finance and statutory payments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good customer relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Inter-personal relationship skills.
