We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Advisor to join our team at Bisedge Logistics & Infrastructure.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial expertise and drive business growth by providing strategic guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy Development: Partner with Operations team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage their budgets, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial objectives and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making, including performance analysis, variance analysis to budget, and budget control.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to track and improve business performance and profitability.
  • Compliance: Support the rest of the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards (IFRS).
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Finance and Accounting role with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge: Deep and broad knowledge and understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial management principles.
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ICAN, ACCA, CPA) are required.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Additional Qualifications: An MBA or Master's in a related discipline is an added advantage.
