Job Description

The Guest Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at IBIC Holdings. This key position involves delivering exceptional customer service while attending to guests' needs, including room service requests and luggage handling. As a liaison between guests and operational teams, this individual ensures that expectations are met and exceeded.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage teams to maintain operational efficiency and deliver high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food, beverages, and requested items to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and service areas.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless service.
