About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Liaison Specialist to join our team at IBIC Holdings. As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering room service requests, assisting with luggage, and providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage teams to maintain operational efficiency and deliver high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering food, beverages, and requested items to guest rooms in a prompt and professional manner.
  2. Assisting guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
  3. Providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Maintaining cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and service areas.
  5. Collaborating with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless service.
