About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Instructor to join our team at TAI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, with exceptional technical expertise in tailoring, fashion design, and pattern drafting.
Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with current fashion trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry requirements.
- Mentor students, providing guidance and support for their creative and professional growth.
- Evaluate student progress through practical projects, assignments, and exams.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant tertiary degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in tailoring (male or female), fashion design, and pattern drafting.
- Skills: Strong technical expertise in tailoring, fashion design, and pattern drafting.
