About the Role

  • Assist customers with their orders by explaining specials, meals, and drinks, and making recommendations.
  • Deliver food orders to a variety of customers promptly and efficiently.
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the wait staff to ensure seamless table setup and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, days, and nights.
