Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus, introducing daily specials in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Offer personalized service, responding to guests' inquiries and assisting with dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately take and relay orders to kitchen staff and bartenders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards.
- Provide recommendations to guests on menu items, specials, and beverages, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of OND in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining.
- Proficiency in waiting tables, food service, and customer satisfaction practices.
- Knowledge of food preparation and catering is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
