Job Description:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints, greeting and serving customers, supervising waitstaff, training junior staff, coordinating table assignments, managing reservations, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Requirements:

  • HND/BSc degree in Hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
