Location: Lagos

Salary Package: NGN150,000 (negotiable for deserving candidates) + Transportation, Attractive Monthly Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, including analysis of sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience within the power industry, with a strong understanding of power products and the power market.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of power products, including inverters, solar inverter batteries, and solar panels.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
