Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking an Executive Director of Operations to lead our daily operations, including production, logistics, and administrative functions. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive growth, innovation, and excellence in the furniture manufacturing industry.

• Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of business growth, leadership, and operational excellence. A strong background in furniture design, production, and sales is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement company-wide strategies and goals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, expanding product lines and markets.
3. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, optimal productivity, and high-quality output.
4. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring financial sustainability, profitability, and growth.
5. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff, fostering open communication and collaboration.
6. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements: Proven record of accomplishment in business growth, leadership, and operational excellence, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, experience in furniture design, production, and sales preferred, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
