Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

">We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at LUGAD Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach.
">About the Role:
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying business opportunities that drive revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach. You will be responsible for:

- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them;">
- Establishing strong partnerships with OOH media providers;">
- Onboarding foreign and local media buyers and advertisers;">
- Driving user-base growth through value-based product offerings;">
- Managing end-to-end campaign implementation (Online and Offline);">
- Generating leads and acquiring new business accounts;">
- Providing high-level knowledge-driven service;">
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the OOH media booking platform to target audiences;">
- Identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention;">
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies;">
- Analyzing market trends and advertisers' needs to identify new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy;">
- Implementing strategies that contribute directly to revenue growth through new partnerships and business opportunities;">
- Exploring new markets, products, or services that could enhance the company's revenue streams and competitiveness;">
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competition, and opportunities for business expansion;">
- Proficient with lead generation tools and CRMs;">
- Tech-savvy with a use of tech-driven business tools;">
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;">
- Naturally curious with a keen problem-solving mindset;">

- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams;">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field;">
- Between 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales;">
- A proven ability to identify business opportunities that drive revenue growth;">
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills;">
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making;">
- Knowledge of the OOH advertising landscape is a must and a plus;">
