Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop growth strategies and plans to drive business expansion
  • Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, and close deals through negotiation and relationship-building
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients to establish strong partnerships
  • Have in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits
  • Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends locally and internationally to maintain a competitive edge
  • Report on successes and areas needing improvement to inform future strategies
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department to ensure aligned efforts
  • Work strategically to implement operational changes and drive business growth

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. A proven track record of driving business growth through innovative strategies and effective leadership will be highly valued.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
