Administrative Coordinator for Dolphin Estate Office

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Dolphin Estate office in Ikoyi, Lagos. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office area, as well as handling administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and well-organized office space at all times.
- Attend to visitors and notify relevant staff of their presence.
- Monitor office supply levels and order new materials as needed.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting and delivering mail, messages, and packages to the correct department.
- SSCE / OND with at least one year of experience in an administrative setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently without supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detailed-oriented with good personal hygiene.
- Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
The salary range for this position is N40,000 - N50,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.
