Job Description

As a Sales Excellence Coordinator at Daytona, you will be responsible for presenting our products and services to customers, identifying potential customers, and meeting monthly sales goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Presenting our products and services to customers in a professional manner
  2. Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to engage with them
  3. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  4. Taking feedback from customers and working to resolve any issues or concerns they may have
  5. Ensuring that customers are well-informed about our sales proposals and providing excellent customer service
  6. Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  7. Building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  8. Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports to senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Previous experience as a sales representative or similar role in a sales department
  3. A proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. Excellent networking and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
  5. The ability to offer exceptional customer service and support
  6. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  7. The ability to build a professional network and establish credibility within the industry

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
