Job Description

As a member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities. This includes installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and test plumbing and electrical systems to identify potential issues.
2. Perform repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring all work meets local building codes and regulations.
3. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
4. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
5. Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a plumber and electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
2. Valid licenses or certifications for plumbing and electrical work.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
