Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Plumber and Electrician to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our hotel's facilities by installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing and electrical systems, such as leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and power outages.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting systems, checking circuit breakers, and replacing fuses.
4. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
5. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a plumber and electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
2. Valid licenses or certifications for plumbing and electrical work.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Information

This position requires a high level of physical stamina, as you will be lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy equipment and tools on a regular basis.
