Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Plumber and Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing and electrical systems, such as leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and power outages.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting systems, checking circuit breakers, and replacing fuses.
4. Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulations.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
6. Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a plumber and electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
2. Valid licenses or certifications for plumbing and electrical work.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.

Working Conditions:

1. Work in a fast-paced hotel environment with frequent interruptions.
2. Exposure to hazardous materials, loud noises, and confined spaces.
3. Required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
