Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LED Sales Specialist to join our team at Ascentech Services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving sales for our LED lights products.



Responsibilities:




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Plan and manage sales activities within assigned territories.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Share best practices and knowledge within the team.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present sales proposals to potential customers.
  • Evaluate customer needs.

Requirements:




  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 2-3 years of sales consulting or business intelligence of LED lights products.
  • Knowledge of LED technology and its applications.
  • Experience in selling sanitaryware products.
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
