Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team at Fintrade Solutions Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with debtors to resolve outstanding debts in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage a large portfolio of debts, and handle customer complaints in a timely and effective way.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing customer feedback and ratings, as well as collating call logs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
