Opportunity Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join Numero Group's dynamic team as a Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director. You will have the chance to work closely with senior leadership, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Effectively manage the Group Managing Director's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
• Correspondence and Communication: Manage the Group Managing Director's correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation for the Group Managing Director, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and preparing travel itineraries.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report writing, and provide support for events, such as conferences, meetings, and receptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with calendar management, email management, and travel arrangement software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
• Discreet and confidential, with a high level of professionalism
