We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities for our local restaurant and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and experience in managing inventory and supplier relationships.

  • Oversee and supervise employees in the purchasing department
  • Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
  • Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records

A degree in accounting, business management or a related field is preferred, as well as 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and purchasing software, as well as excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
