Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Staff to assist the cook with meal preparation, ingredient procurement, and kitchen maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

The successful candidate will assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, washing and storing cooking appliances and utensils, and organizing food supplies. They will also assist with meal planning, inventory control, and waste management. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- 2 years experience in a similar role or assisting in kitchens.
- Food handler's license and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
