Growth Expansion Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Expansion Officer to drive business growth and expansion in the competitive interior design industry. Based in Ilupeju-Lagos, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Hazel's Interieurs as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

• Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and social media presence through research, communication, and project coordination.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and estimations for clients, as well as develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Sales Strategy Development: Generate new business leads and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Brand Promotion: Promote the company's brand and services through marketing on social media and other channels.

As a Growth Expansion Officer, you will work closely with the design team to coordinate projects and provide support as needed. You will also be responsible for networking and building relationships with industry professionals and real estate agents to identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-6 years of experience in real estate, architecture, and business development.
• Skills: Proven track record of success in business development and sales, strong understanding of the interior design and building industry, real estate, and market trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The remuneration package for this role includes a base salary of ₦150,000 per month, with a bonus of 5% of revenue generated from new clients brought in by the Growth Expansion Officer.
