About the RoleThe Chief Financial Compliance Specialist will conduct daily audits of financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, analyzing financial data to detect discrepancies, patterns, or errors. Additionally, they will prepare and present detailed audit reports for management, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the hotel's financial operations to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct daily audits of financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies, patterns, or errors.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports for management, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for improvement.
To be successful as a Chief Financial Compliance Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience as an auditor.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and auditing processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
