English Language Instructor

Hasob Integrated Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Instructor to deliver engaging, interactive live classes to students worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support, creating high-quality teaching materials, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

• Conduct interactive live language classes, ensuring seamless delivery and real-time student support.
• Design comprehensive teaching guides tailored to live sessions, aligning with curriculum objectives and fostering an effective learning environment.
• Track attendance and student participation during live classes using detailed logs and metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent delivery of scheduled classes, prioritizing student needs and satisfaction.
• Monitor and enhance student engagement through participation metrics such as polls, questions, and activity completion, promoting a dynamic learning experience.
• Gather and analyze student feedback to evaluate teaching effectiveness and satisfaction levels, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of student support queries, providing timely resolutions and documenting outcomes to inform future instruction.
• Document and log progress in developing teaching guides, from drafts to finalized materials, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve teaching content and methods based on constructive feedback, embracing a culture of collaboration and growth.

• Proficiency in one or more languages, including Igbo and Yoruba, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in language teaching, preferably in an online, live, interactive setting, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
• Ability to constructively analyze and respond to student feedback, fostering a growth mindset and embracing opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and metrics for tracking student participation, enhancing instructional effectiveness and efficiency.
